Terms of Service
1. Conclusion of the contract
The guest can book in writing, orally, by telephone or electronically.
The booking is made as soon as the guest has booked a tour and has bekmmen confirmed. As a rule, the guest receives a written booking confirmation. This is not possible for short-term bookings.
The booking is also made for all persons who have been notified. The guest has to meet the Vertragsverpfichtungen as for himself. Individual tours and bookings are accepted by the guest only after payment of a pre-agreed amount.
2. Services, Prices, payment
The services to be provided by the organizer result from the respective offer in connection with the services of the current prospectus as well as the description of the Web page.
The agreed total price is due at the latest on the day of the event before the start of the tour in cash. The prices quoted are price incl. VAT.
3. Withdrawal by the customer
The customer may withdraw from the contract of the event by written notice at any time.
However, cancellation charges apply.
- Until the 31st day before the start of the journey 25%
- Until the 16th day before the start of the journey 50%
- Up to day 90%
- On the day of the event 95%
4. Withdrawal by the Organizer
In case of floods, thunderstorms or storms the canoe trips do not take place.
A decision on whether or not to take a ride can be made on the spot at short notice. If possible, we will let you know before you travel. In this case, the organiser endeavours to carry out an alternative programme or to find a satisfactory solution by changing the daily programme.
If the event must be cancelled by the organizer for reasons of force majeure, payments already paid will be refunded or transferred.
However, if the event has to be cancelled due to impossibility or danger to life or limb, or if the programme procedure and content must be deviated from, the event shall be deemed to have been carried out.
5. Unused Services
In the case of unused services (e.g. no show), the customer is not entitled to a refund of the travel costs. A refund is not permitted for additional or external services not used.
The Times agreed during the booking process are departure times. In principle, it is not possible to wait for late incoming customers.
6. Exclusion of participants
Without prejudice to the possibility of resignation on both sides, the organizer can withdraw from the contract at any time, as soon as he determines that the customer is in danger of carrying out the journey. After prior warning a participant can be excluded from the journey. There is no claim for reimbursement from the exclusion of the excluded.
