Scope of application

All deliveries and services of Prijon GmbH in the fulfillment of orders which the customer has not granted in connection with his commercial or independent professional activity, these terms and conditions are based. Deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the express written consent of Prijon GmbH; This also applies to a condition of the written form requirement.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you are no longer bound to your order if you revoke within a period of 2 weeks after receipt of the goods. Please stamp the package sufficiently to avoid penalty postage. If you return damaged or worn goods, the legally permissible amount will be deducted; You can avoid this by simply examining the goods as you would have been able to do in a retail store, and sending them back without traces of use and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted free of charge.

Excluded from the return are

• Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return or can quickly spoil or have exceeded their expiry date Would,

Warranty

The guarantee is made in accordance with the legal regulations, whereby in the case of a defect of the goods, we first deliver or repair after your choice. If the rectification fails or if the returned goods are also defective, you can return the goods against a refund of the full purchase price or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price. Please refer to the product documentation for any manufacturer warranties.

Legal venue
