Conditions of participation

Participants of our offers must meet the following requirements:

• They have a normal health condition.
• You can swim.
• They are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs and medicines.
• You have reached the minimum age. This is indicated for each offer. Exceptions are not possible. The year of birth is decisive.

Participants must make the Guide aware of any physical, medical or health problems, such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, etc., before the activity. Discuss any risks before the activity with your GP.

The Canoe School Versam reserves the right, if the conditions for the respective offer are not fulfilled, to exclude individual participants or to cancel a course.
If the conditions have not been met, there is no right of refund.

 

Participation of minors

Minors can only take part in the activities with the consent of the parents or the legal representative. The notifying person confirms with the application that an application for minors is made with knowledge and in agreement with the legal representation of the latter.

 

Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). In the case of offers abroad, changes are possible due to price fluctuations. If the difference exceeds 10% of the original price, you have the right to withdraw from the service.

 

Accommodation

Where this is not expressly stated, the accommodation is not included in the offer price.

 

Transport

The transport with the Rhaetian Railway is included in the offer prices (except private courses and guided tours). In the courses the transport in the minibus of the canoe school Versam is not included. Where it makes sense, however, it can be used free of charge.

 

Liability/Insurance

The Suva does not list canoeing and river rafting as a risk sport. Nevertheless, a certain residual risk can never be ruled out in a recovering. All our offers are certified by safety in adventures and meet the requirements of the Federal Law on the Mountain guide system and offer further risk activities.

They provide the appropriate insurance cover for sickness, accident (including rescue and return transport), theft and negligent damage to rental equipment during the activity. We assume no liability for personal equipment that is damaged or lost during an activity. We cannot guarantee a subjectively presented course or travel success. We expressly exclude liability for conditions that are outside our sphere of influence.

 

Image rights

The Canoe school Versam keeps the activities offered, such as courses and excursions on a regular basis, on photos and videos. By registering, you agree that these recordings may be used on the website of the Canoe school Versam as well as in other media. The Canoe School Versam guarantees a responsible handling of the recordings.

Registration

Applications must be made in writing. Upon receipt of your registration you will receive a booking confirmation and the invoice.
If an oral application is accepted for reasons of time, it is binding.

 

Cancellation Customer

We recommend a Annulationskosten insurance for all our offers.

Cancellations must be made in writing. The relevant date of the same shall be the Inbox. The next working day will be considered as a reception for e-mail and fax after 17.00 hrs.
It is possible to place a substitute participant. There is no entitlement to a refund if you cancel an activity prematurely.
In case of a cancellation by the customer we charge cancellation costs according to the table below.

Unsubscribe Travel
Special unsubscribe conditions apply to some long-distance travel. These are available on the tab Program Specified. For bookings made by third parties (flights, hotels, etc.) which are carried out by us, the terms and conditions of the respective provider are expressly applicable.

 

Resignation Canoe School Versam

The Canoe School Versam reserves the right to cancel up to seven days before the activity if the number of participants is not sufficient. Prevent adverse conditions such as high or low water, illness/accident of a guide, force majeure, etc. A safe implementation, the canoe school Versam can also cancel at short notice. You will of course be informed as soon as possible about cancellation. Payments made will be refunded less already-related benefits.

Further claims are excluded.

 

Applicable law

Swiss law applies, the place of jurisdiction is Ilanz.
