The registration of canoes, kayaks, stand up boards or other equipment is done on presentation of a valid identity document. For groups we need the identity card of the responsible person/organiser. Children and adolescents under the age of 16 who wish to rent a boat without accompanying an adult need a written permission from their parents. We have a life vest obligation for everyone under the age of 16! The use of the SUP ´ s, boats with accessories and the jetting system is at your own risk. The rental price must be paid in cash or by debit card upon return. In case of longer rental (several days or weeks) or online booking, the rental price must be paid in advance. Please refer to the current price list for prices. All prices are inclusive of the law. Vat. The boats and accessories are issued in a flawless and clean condition and must be returned as well! The boats used must be carefully cleaned by the dog owner after the tour. 

The responsibility for the rented items is transferred to the tenant during the issue. All damages that go beyond normal wear and tear are to be paid by the tenant. Likewise losses, such as lost or damaged paddles or theft. The landlord must be pointed out for any damages prior to the commencement of the journey. The use of the boats in a noticeably alkoholisiertem condition is prohibited. For the helmsman the valid per mille limits apply as in road traffic. The tenant is also fully liable for personal injury and property damage caused by the rented items during the rental period. Even if the weather is changed, the tenant has the obligation to return the Leihboote and equipment completely within the opening hours. In case of storms and thunderstorms, please seek protection on land immediately and wait for the weather to improve. For abandoned boats and equipment the tenant is fully liable. A return transport of the boats and bicycles by the landlord is only limited and at an additional cost possible! If a loss of performance is caused to the landlord by culpable behaviour of the tenant, e.g. by boats not returned in time, the tenant is liable to the full amount for the failure. With the takeover of the rented objects, the tenant agrees to these conditions. 

severability clause: Should any provision of these gtc be void or incorrect, the other regulations will not be affected and remain valid.
