Terms of Service

 

1. Registration

If the registration for a canoe trip is also for third parties, the tenant assures that he is expressly authorized to register. Insofar as there is a registration for minors, the tenant assures that the consent of the legal guardian is present. The tenant must be at least 18 years of age.

2. Life Jackets

Canoe-ready-to-go provides free life jackets for all participants, which are to be worn during the entire boat tour. The wearing of life jackets for non-swimmers and children is obligatory, we strongly recommend it to all other participants! Life jackets are indicated by the weight classes book Maldives. If the tenant does not use a life vest, he is responsible for this in the event of an accident. Liability claims are excluded in this case.

 

3. Material

We hand over the boats and material in perfect condition.
In case of handover, the tenant has to check the proper condition of the borrowed items and, if necessary, to indicate defects immediately.
For the canoe trip are made of canoe-ready-lot boats, paddles, life jackets, packing bags or/or water-repellent tons. The items must be treated with care. The items are not insured. The tenant is liable for loss, theft or damage. The replacement price is the price of the purchase.

 

4. Liability

The use of the rented boats and accessories is at your own risk. The landlord expressly excludes any liability for damage caused by improper handling. The organizer of the boat tour is the tenant. The tenant is also liable for persons and/or property damage to third parties, which arise during the rental period in full extent and is responsible for the claims settlement. The loading and unloading of the boats is the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant is fully liable for any damage that may occur.
The tenant is fully liable for abandoned boats. If a boat has to be brought back by the landlord, the tenant has to pay a fee of €50,-per boat.

5. Behaviour and duties of tenants

Participation in a canoe trip is at one's own risk and is associated with an increased risk situation e.g. by flow, transverse trees and the like, severe weather, collision and the risk of a capsize. This risk is explicitly pointed out.
The tenant assures that all participants have grown to the physical requirements of a canoe trip.
During the canoe trip there is a ban on alcohol in the context of the regulations of road traffic.
Participants have to behave in such a way that a danger of third parties is excluded.
Defenses will basically be carried over.
The tenant undertakes to comply with environmental and nature conservation regulations, to dispose of rubbish properly and to behave in a cautious and calm manner during the boat trip.

6. Effectiveness

Should one or more provisions of these Terms and conditions be or become ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

 

7. Withdrawal from the contract

The guest can withdraw from the contract at any time by declaration to the organizer. Decisive for the Cancellation is the entrance to the organizer. The guest is advised to declare the withdrawal in writing.

In any case of withdrawal, the organizer shall be entitled to the following lump-sum compensation, taking into account normally saved expenses:

 

Up to 8 days before the start of the journey 50%,

From 2 days before the start of the journey and 100% for non-arrival

 

The guest is allowed to prove to the organiser that they have actually incurred no or low costs than the claimed travel package. In this case, the traveller is only obligated to pay the actual costs.

 

The guest is strongly advised to conclude a travel cancellation insurance!

Bad weather and associated inconvenience do not constitute a free right of withdrawal.

 

8. Place of jurisdiction is Tostedt

The tenant is obligated to take over the loading and unloading of the boats on or from the trailer!

With the takeover of the material, the customer accepts the GTC ´ s.
