With our registration confirmation and, if requested by us, with your deposit made, the booking for both parts is considered binding. These terms and conditions are recognized.

 

Payment

Payment is made using the Wirecard payment interface

 

Vouchers

Vouchers that are requested and sent will only be valid if the stated amount of the invoice has been entered into our account before redeeming the voucher.

 

General

Each participant must be able to swim and have a good physical condition. Participants who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs are excluded from our programs! In principle, the organiser assumes that each participant meets the specified physical requirements for the respective tours and courses. Weather and Wasserstandsbedingte changes or cancellations (high-/Niedrigwasser, bad weather, etc.) of the program are exclusively in the decision area of the organizer. In case of non-execution of the event on the basis of these circumstances, participants will receive a voucher which entitles them to make the missed program within one year. There are no further claims! Please note the respective requirements for the individual programs!

 

Liability

The organiser is liable for services provided by third parties only for the proper mediation e.g. accommodation, catering, transfers. Participation in all events is at your own risk and risk. If equipment is borrowed, the borrower shall be liable for the proper handling and return of the goods.

 

Non-use of services

If, for whatever reason, the participant does not take advantage of the services, no refund will be made.

 

Departure date

If the participant does not attend the event on his own arrival or does not arrive in time, there is no entitlement to a refund of the course or travel price.

 

Cancellation of the customer/cancellation

In case of cancellation of a booking, the following cancellation costs are calculated without regard to the reason for withdrawal: up to 30 days before the start of the journey 10%, at least EUR 20,-processing fee, from 29-15 day 30%, from the 14th-4th day 70%, from the 3rd day on or when not entering 100% of the course or REI Journey. We recommend the conclusion of a cancellation insurance.

 

Complaints

If anything does not correspond to the program you have booked or your ideas, please contact the management immediately. Complaints are to be announced immediately on site in the office, we will endeavour immediately to create possible remedy. In case of culpable non-advertisements there is no reason for reduction! Claims against the organizer must be made in writing at the latest up to 4 weeks after departure.

All prices are inclusive of the currently valid VAT rates.
