Clothing

  • Warm winter clothing in diferent layers
  • 1. layer: Functional underwear e.g. ski underwear 
  • 2. layer: insulating layer e.g. fleece sweater with fleece jacket 
  • 3. layer: Weather protection e.g. ski jacket 
  • Gloves 
  • Cap or headband (most heat is lost over the head) 
  • A set of changing clothing, just in case 

Tip: Prefer a pair of extra socks over your feet & winter shoes
