Canoe Trip through the Karl-Heine Canal

With our canoe tours we would like to bring you closer to Leipzig and its waters. The city port of Leipzig, located directly at the city centre, is the ideal starting point. Before each tour you will receive a briefing in canoe techniques.

From the city port of Leipzig the tour leads through the Elster, past the Palm Garden Weir into the city stretch. In Schleußig, the Karl-Heine Canal begins, on this we paddle under the riverboat through to the house on stilts, where time is for a breather, before heading back.
