SUP Course lake Starnberg
The board sport from Hawaii - Stand-Up-Paddling (SUP) - is very easy to learn and trains every muscle in the body. This is done on a very large, sturdy board which moves with a long paddle over the water. Depending on your taste, paddle relaxed or fast as a fitness training. SUP offers fun for all levels of fitness and all ages. It is particularly gentle on the joints and helps you train your balance and coordination while enjoying nature.

Effective paddling techniques, material handling and safety. The course takes place in all weathers, except in the event of thunderstorms, rain or storm warning. If the weather does not allow paddling, we call you in advance, so please leave a phone number. Our boards are very hocherwertige different model from the manufacturer starboard. We have Raceboards, Touringboards, yoga boards and allrounders. All new or from last season and most are inflatable.
