SUP Yoga Lake Chiemsee
Yoga is a very old practice to reconcile your body, mind and soul. The main components of yoga teaching are the taking of different postures as well as breathing, concentration and meditation exercises. In order to combine yoga with the SUP-board, one does not have to be particularly athletic, nor supple. You don't need to perform any acrobatic feats either. Rather, the focus is on its possibilities to move, to feel its limits and to feel good. The combination of power, balance and flowing lightness is an incredible experience.

In yoga, the board becomes a floating "mat": the Yoga exercises work more intensively on your body, mind, concentration, coordination and breathing. The special thing about yoga is the absolute tranquility on your "own Island", which is unattainable, the soothing effect of the water, the gentle rocking of the waves, the fresh air, the beauty of nature in which you move... Many yoga positions are also symbolic of our nature and become an even more intense experience in yoga with the SUP.

The course will take place from 4 persons. Up to 10 people can join in. Larger groups by arrangement.
Access to the station via Lido (admission €2.50).
From 5 pm also accessible via the gate of the beach bar (free admission).
